Accord Productions Center

In 2001 it was plainly apparent that Accord Productions had outgrown it’s space at the Grove 2000 building and brothers and owners of Accord Productions, Max and Rocky Wyler started the hunt for space that would meet more needs of their clients. Besides needing more space the location had to be close to existing clients, allow 24 hour access and air conditioning, allow Accord to service downtown clients as well as clients in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and have easy access to I95 for crews to get to locations on South Beach and North Miami and Broward county. The location had to be on a high traffic location to increase location and company awareness and it all had to be in a neighborhood that clients felt safe coming to visit and it had to have plenty of parking. After 18 months they both came to the same conclusion, this location did not exist. Any business in the Production / Post Production / Audio / Public Relations industry up to that time had to compromise one or more of the above items if they wanted office space.
As has been the model for many of Accord’s services, the brothers decided that if this space was not available then other production related companies had to have similar needs and they would look for a location that they could meet Accord’s needs as well as provide space for others.

They did not have to look far, two buildings right next door to their old location became available. The property was purchased and space was offered to the very best companies in the industry. All these companies have over 10 years of experience and are true experts in their field, not only that, they are nice people too!
